Good products, delivery could be faster

I ordered some 'magret de canard' and 'huîtres de marennes' for a dinner party. The quality of the products was excellent, really fresh and well-packaged in the cold chain. My only minor issue was that it took 5 days to reach Denver, which felt a bit long for fresh goods. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the tracking, though. Overall, good value for special occasion items.

Everything was amazing

Oh my goodness, I just received my order and I'm so happy! I got the 'foie gras de canard' and some 'champagne', and they were both absolutely delicious. The packaging kept everything perfectly cold. I even added some 'confiture artisanale' at the last minute and it's so good, tastes just like homemade. I will definitely be shopping here again and telling all my friends about it!

It's cold chain delivery, so they use special packaging to keep temps down. My oysters came super fresh last time. No worries there.

Is Pourdebon similar to La Ruche qui dit Oui? Trying to decide which one to use for groceries.

They're similar in that they connect you to local producers. Pourdebon feels a bit more like a direct online store though, with delivery. La Ruche is more about picking up at a local spot.

Pourdebon delivers right to your door which is great. La Ruche is good too, but the pickup model is different. Pourdebon also has a wider range of specialty items sometimes.

Nah, usually those new customer codes are standalone. You can't combine them with other ongoing deals, especially producer-specific ones. Tried it once.

Most codes, especially new customer ones, usually have a minimum spend and won't combine with other active promos. It's one or the other.

It's legit. They work directly with smaller producers and farmers. That's kind of their whole mission, connecting you directly. Products often have the producer's info on them.

From what I've seen, it's pretty quick. Usually 2-3 days for most places in France, especially for fresh. They use Chronofresh.

Yeah, usually within a few days. They ship with cold chain so everything stays good. I'm in Marseille and never had an issue.
